Who Traced is for
Traced was built by a futures trader for futures and prop-firm traders. If you trade NQ, ES and the micros on NinjaTrader or Tradovate, juggle a few evaluations and funded accounts, and want your trades to show up on their own, it fits you well.
If you need a feature only a paid journal has, that paid journal may still be the right call. But if what you mostly want is your trades in one place, honest stats about your habits, and your prop accounts' limits at a glance, you don't have to pay a subscription for it.

Questions
Is Traced really free?
Yes. The journal, analytics, prop desk, imports and NinjaTrader auto-sync are free with no trade limit. Pro ($4.99 a month or $39 a year, paid plans open after the beta) only adds unlimited share cards and saved backgrounds. The first 100 sign-ups get Pro free during the beta.
Can I bring my trades over?
Yes. Export your trade history as a CSV file from NinjaTrader, Tradovate or your broker and import it into Traced. Trades you already imported are skipped if you import the same dates again.
Does it work for stocks and forex too?
Yes, Traced handles futures, stocks, forex and crypto, though its syncing and prop tools are built around futures.
